Workout of the Week – Week 2

Here is my workout challenge for you!

One night while I was at the gym, I actually made this up on the spot. What’s great about this workout is that it targets multiple muscle groups: arms, leg strength, flexibility and core.

When completing this workout, really focus on form. As you can see in the video, at certain times you can see me slightly adjust my form as I go along. Also, flexibility depends on the person. I am naturally flexible from years of dance, if you’re not as flexible, adjust accordingly.
