Workout of the Week #4

As you can see, I have selected my workout of the week, and The Gympire has struck again! This workout may include squats, pulses, and jumps but it is a killer workout. Since I work overnight, I try to find different workouts to wake up my body, and this exercise does just that.

Not only does this workout target multiple muscle groups and cardio, but it doesn’t take longer than 5 minutes to complete.

To complete this workout do the following reps:

10, 8, 6, 4, 2

After 10 jump squats, do 10 pulses and so forth. Repeat this exercise 2x’s through.

If your legs are on the weaker side, take a 20 second break in between each rep as needed.
