Here we are at week 5 of my Workout of the Week! I tried this workout today, and I absolutely loved it (why would I post this if I hated it?). With completing this workout 3x through, it actually took me to almost 30 minutes.
Through this workout I was sweating, and could feel my body really push itself. I want you all to remember, if you attempt this workout, make modifications as needed! For example, for the 1 minute walk sit, you can break down into two sets of 30 seconds. There are no excuses! I know you can do this. Let me know in the comments below what you thought!
