Workout of the Week #6

Hi everyone!

So, I’ve had a possible sinus infection the past few days and I’ve been very tired. Today when I went to the gym, I just wanted a light workout. These workouts were perfect! I didn’t feel strain on my body or felt like I was feeling worse.

I really enjoy workouts with the exercise ball. When I lift weights, I tend to sometimes feel stress on my body which leads me to major exhaustion. By exercising with the ball, it’s like I’m giving my body a vacation, but also challenging myself to something new.

My only recommendation for this workout is that when you do the side lunge, turn your foot out (the foot on the ball). By turning out your foot, your relieving an awkward pressure from your knee. Also, if you’re a dancer or have naturally turned out feet, this adjustment will feel better!
