Workout of the Week #8

I hope your week is off to a great start! If not, I’m sorry and it’ll get better because I have your workout of the week!

This workout is a tad different than what I’ve posted previously. I don’t know about you but I love a little competition, especially with myself. This workout is great for checking in on your own progress. I workout as much as possible and I’m constantly trying to improve my physical abilities, this workout helps me to try and beat my own record. I recommend trying this fitness test once a week, or once every 2 weeks because you should constantly be witnessing your own progress. I’m a firm believer that once you’ve seen how far you’ve come with working out, it’ll motivate you to keep going.
